This is a private tool operated by Alysia (the "operator") to create and manage the operator's own listings on eBay through eBay's official APIs. It is not a public service and does not offer accounts to visitors.
This site does not collect personal information from visitors and does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
When the operator connects their eBay account, the tool receives access through eBay's OAuth process. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are used solely to manage the operator's own eBay listings and orders. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.
When an item sells, the tool receives order information from eBay to track the sale. This information is minimized on receipt: buyer names, shipping addresses, and email addresses are removed, and the buyer's username is masked before the order is stored. Shipping labels and the QR code are purchased and generated in eBay, not in this tool; the tool stores only a tracking number and a "shipped" timestamp that the operator enters, alongside the minimized order record (still no names, addresses, or emails). Buyer/order data is used only to record that a sale occurred and is never sold or shared with third parties.
The operator honors eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion/closure notifications: when an eBay user closes their account, any minimized eBay-derived data associated with that user that the tool still holds is deleted.
Authorization tokens are retained until the operator disconnects the eBay account or revokes access from eBay account settings. Listing content, uploaded photos, and minimized order records are retained only as long as needed to operate the tool and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations, and are deleted on request. Uploaded photos are stripped of embedded location (EXIF/GPS) metadata. All data is protected with encryption and access controls.
